Merlot Bold, yet elegant. This Yakima Valley Merlot is big and full with up-front waves of raspberry, blackberry, and plum. Subtle notes of cedar and mocha follow the fruit. American oak balances the tannins and creates harmony.
Chateau du Pays In the style of fine wines of the southern Rhône Valley. This wine derives its complex character from Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache grapes. Rich flavours suggestive of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and plum combine with notes of pepper and chocolate. The finish shows a subtle herbaceous note and a suggestion of cedar and violets. American toasted oak adds the final harmonizing nuances. Shows well young but will continue to develop for over a year.

Yahima Valley Cabernet-Shiraz A blockbuster wine with a rush of blackberry, plum, cherry, and candied orange fragrances. Lodi California Old Vines Zinfandel Exhibits silken layers of multidimensional delight. It starts with an up-front core of blackberry and dark cherry aromas, followed by suggestions of blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, and dried plum. Undertones are of chocolate, almond, and exotic spice. Ends with an unmistakable black pepper sensation. Seems to age indefinitely.
Amarone Style with "Super Pack" Amarone is a legendary, assertive wine from AMARONE STYLE WITH "SUPER PACK" Amarone is a legendary, assertive wine from the Valpolicella area in northern Italy. Its uniqueness and character comes from the addition of partially dried grapes during fermentation. Dried grapes boost flavour concentration and create an intensity not found in regular wines. The new "SUPER PACK" of crushed grapes and whole, sun-dried grapes is added to the juices for traditional on the skins fermentation character and the maximum infusion of the concentrated, natural essence within the dried grapes. In all, 14 pounds of virgin, finifera, varietal grapes are used to produce the SUPER PACK. 40% more than our regular "Crushed Grape Pack"!
Argentinian Malbec Originally a minor grape in Bordeaux, France, Malbec has been elevated to greatness in the higher altitude vineyards of Argentina, especially in the Mendoza region below the towering Andes. This Malbec is distinguished by its dark, full, rounded mouth-feel; prominent, lush flavors of ripe cherry, black currant and black berry; subtle notes of clove, vanilla and caramel with background suggestions of earthiness.This new, 18 Litre format employs juices fermented with the skins and solids from over 12 pounds of virgin, varietal grapes creating exceptional aromatics and depth of flavour. Premium, lightly toasted Hungarian oak is used in a 2-stage oaking procedure. This wine begins to show its character after 3 to 4 months in the bottle but is built for extended ageing. It should continue to develop for 2 years or more.
South African Pinotage First created in South Africa in the 1920's by crossing Burgundy's delicate Pinot Noir and Rhone's robust Cinsault. It has become the trademark grape of South Africa. The standard for excellence in Pinotage demands fermentation on the skins and contact with new oak, during fermenationa and during ageing. A 2 litre pack of virgin, Pinotage skins and solids is included to heighten the wine's true varietal character. The 2-stage oaking system utilizes French oak during fermentation then Hungarian oak cubes during the initial resting period to deliver the complexity and body so prized in the best Pinotage wines.

Austrian Zweigelt This juice comes from the Huber family estate. It produces dark, dense wine without excessive weight with a dark cherry colour. Bouquet of red fruit, including raspberry, cherry and currant which stands against a background of vanilla, black pepper and a hint of licorice. This Zweigelt is a great food wine. This spicy fruit-driven wine with moderate tannins is a welcome alternative to universally produced Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah. A wine you will want to discover.
Cabernet-Merlot A classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet and Merlot but typifies the unique Walla Walla profile of untense fruit and spice flavours. Notes of currant, cherry and plum are backed by hints of black pepper, anise and coffee.

WHITE ViognierWashington produces simply outstanding aromatic white wines which just don't seem to be able to be matched from more southern regions. Cooler evenings and more varied growing seasons are thought to be the main reason. In any case, the most attractive Viogniers that we have experienced come from the Yakima (and Okanogan) Valleys. The aromas of apricot, mango, peach, orange blossom and violets with softer hints of spiced pear. The wine displays velvet softness and a full, lingering finish achieved by the addition of our natural Flavor Reserve made from almost 1 litre of grape juice. There are no artificial flavors or non-grape botanicals used in this wine - only the natural goodness of the grape. This wine is ready to enjoy after a couple of months in the bottle and usually consumed within 9 months. Serve slightly chilled as an aperitif or with Asian foods, pork, chicken or fruit.
Pinot Gris This Pinot Gris displays aromatic notes of green apple and lemon against a floral and honeyed background. Creates a rich mouth-feel with tangy fruit acid balancing the hint of sweetness. Floral and mineral notes persist in the lingering finish. The wine's full character and charm become most apparent after several months of bottle ageing. Will show well for up to 18 months.A good choice for foods rich in butter and oil, garlic and lively spices. Consider for shrimp, crab and fish dishes; rich pastas; cannelloni with ricotta, chicken and most Chinese and Tai dishes. Serve lightly chilled.

Austrian Gruner Veltliner This is a full bodied, fruit-driven wine with a big creamy texture. It has a green-yellow hue. Complex aromatics are reminiscent of apple, pear,grapefruit, honeydew, honeysuckle, banana and peach. The flavors echo the melon, apple, citrus and peach aromas. This medium-bodied wine shows a hint of sweetnes to balance the natural acidilty.Works well with spicy Asian foods. Best enjoyed after acouple of months of bottle aging and within a year.
