We’re an Ottawa family owned and operated wine making business where wine lovers can enjoy the friendly, personal service when making their favourite wines.
This wine boutique offers all the modern conveniences that make your wine-making experiences easiest, comfortable, and most enjoyable.
We also offer a wide variety of wine accessories to compliment those occasions when a bottle of wine is enjoyed amongst good friends.
If you have never experienced making your own wine before, the Wine Bottega is probably the place for you. With our many years of wine making experience we will assist you with every step along the way.
- Choosing a wine from our large selection of red, white and specialty wine lists.
- Making the wine (just 5 minutes of your time).
- Returning in just 4 to 6 weeks later to bottle your wine (20 minutes of your time).

Here at the Wine Bottega, we will do everything we can to produce the finest wine, in the most efficient, and comfortable manner possible. Whether it be tweaking ingredients for allergies or other sensitivities, or adding that special ingredient or hint of flavor or aroma you’ve been searching for, we will find a way to suit your personal desires and needs. With a strong base of wine knowledge, competitive pricing, superior and personal service (and we actually mean it), and a desire to learn and grow alongside yourself, we will do everything we can to keep you satisfied. Making wine at The Wine Bottega is a whole new experience. Its actually very easy, and enjoyable for starters.
Being Ottawa’s first and only Oak Barrel Aging Facility, paired with our superior processing techniques, we know that we can craft a wine in such a manner as to make us the best over all other winemakers, and also competitive with those found from commercial vineyards, some of which even supply to ourselves as well. With the highest quality of ingredients, with suppliers who have the most awards in the industry, sourced from specific regions from all around the world, a variety of Barrel Aging possibilities, and superior service, we are able to guarantee all of our wines 100%. This is not home wine-making anymore.
